TELECOM COMPLIANCE (Preston, Lancashire • Company 16478408) deploys AI-driven lead generation, sales automation, local SEO and TPPA 2025 compliance systems for UK businesses. Operations are staffed by disabled and neurodivergent professionals trained through RemoteAbility CIC, funded via the UK’s Access to Work programme at up to £69,260 per trainee. Technology provides the Action Engine. Human expertise provides the Trust Layer.

Our Mission: High-Velocity Automation + Human Opportunity

TELECOM COMPLIANCE automates business-critical systems — lead generation, sales pipelines, compliance verification and local SEO — while creating paid operational roles for disabled and neurodivergent adults trained through RemoteAbility CIC.

Most AI companies replace people. TELECOM COMPLIANCE deploys technology that requires trained human operators — professionals who verify outputs, manage client campaigns and ensure regulatory compliance.

The technical stack solves concrete business problems:

Every one of these systems needs a human operator. That operator comes from RemoteAbility CIC — trained, funded and supported.

The RemoteAbility Partnership: The Trust Anchor

RemoteAbility CIC is a Community Interest Company with a statutory Asset Lock, meaning all profits are permanently reinvested into training disabled and neurodivergent adults in AI Operations.

RemoteAbility CIC is not a charity. It is a regulated Community Interest Company — a legal structure that locks all assets to its social mission. No director or shareholder can extract profits. Every pound goes back into training.

What RemoteAbility CIC Does

  • Recruits disabled and neurodivergent adults who want to work in AI operations
  • Delivers a 6-week intensive training programme covering AI tools, CRM management, campaign operations and compliance workflows
  • Deploys trainees into live client campaigns managed by TELECOM COMPLIANCE — not simulations, real work
  • Funds elite operational setups (equipment, software, workspace) through the UK Government’s Access to Work programme

The 6-Week Training Deployment

W1

Week 1–2: Foundations

AI tool proficiency, CRM navigation, data handling, compliance awareness. Trainees learn the systems they will operate independently.

W3

Week 3–4: Supervised Operations

Trainees manage live campaign tasks under direct supervision. Lead qualification, compliance verification, reporting and client communication.

W5

Week 5–6: Independent Deployment

Full operational responsibility on live client accounts. Performance benchmarked against quality standards. Graduates enter the TELECOM COMPLIANCE operations team.

Access to Work: The Operational Advantage

The UK Government’s Access to Work programme provides up to £69,260 per eligible employee per year. This funding covers assistive technology, specialist equipment, support workers, travel costs and workplace adaptations. For TELECOM COMPLIANCE clients, this means every RemoteAbility-trained operator arrives with a fully funded, elite operational setup — at no additional cost to the business.

Access to Work is administered by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). Eligibility is assessed individually. TELECOM COMPLIANCE and RemoteAbility CIC assist with application and evidence submission.

Our Pillars of Excellence

Every TELECOM COMPLIANCE engagement is built on three non-negotiable pillars: Systems Accuracy, Social Impact and Regulatory Security.

Systems Accuracy

TELECOM COMPLIANCE builds automated systems for lead generation, sales operations and compliance verification. Every output is human-verified before it reaches the client. Automation handles speed. People handle accuracy.

Social Impact

RemoteAbility CIC trains disabled and neurodivergent adults to run these systems. Paid work, not placements. Real campaigns, not simulations. Every operational role creates genuine economic participation.

🔒

Regulatory Security

Built around TPPA 2025 (Martyn’s Law), UK GDPR, Ofcom General Conditions and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Compliance is not an add-on — it is the architecture.

The Action Engine + The Trust Layer

TELECOM COMPLIANCE’s systems-driven execution model separates cleanly into two layers:

The Action Engine (TELECOM COMPLIANCE)

  • Automate — AI-powered lead generation, CRM workflows, pipeline architecture and reporting dashboards
  • Secure — TPPA 2025 frameworks, The Telecom Verification Protocol for telecom verification, GDPR-compliant data handling
  • Deploy — Local SEO systems, Net Zero tracking, commission reconciliation tools

The Trust Layer (RemoteAbility CIC)

  • Empower — 6-week training programme taking trainees from zero to live campaign management
  • Verify — Human operators check every AI output before delivery, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Sustain — Access to Work funding provides long-term operational sustainability with no cost to the client

The result: businesses get AI-powered speed with human-guaranteed accuracy, and disabled and neurodivergent adults get paid careers in technology operations.
